Dr. Jeongtak Kim, a postdoc and an alumni (Ph.D in 2024) of WMNL, has presented his research paper at WiOpt 2024 held in Seoul.
The paper title is "Hyperloop Communications: Intra-tube Channel Capacity and its Enhancement," which proposes a novel pod structure to significantly improve the wireless capacity of intra-tube Hyperloop channel, large enough to support more than 14 passengers in one pod for concurrent 4K video streaming.
